What to Do in Delay Situation

Procedure When the Passenger is Late for a Flight

Under no circumstances, any airline company is allowed to delay flight departure in order to await for delayed passengers. This clause also includes cases in which the passenger has already checked-in and had spent too much time or in the passport control queue or shopping at the Airport duty free, consequently, not reaching the gate on time. In this case, the passenger will be fully responsible for any trouble in boarding.

Procedure When There is a Delay in Your Flight

When there is a flight delay, all airline companies have a maximum of four hours to relocate the passengers in another flight to the same destination, in a similar class as the original reservation. Over this dead-line, it must be provided accommodation and food supplies to each harmed passenger. As long as any delay can interfere in the passenger affairs, in this situation he is allowed to cancel the trip and request full restitution.
